"General knowledge is an unending adventure at the edge of uncertainty." G.k is an important part of education,it gives students an edge over the others in a group,as it makes them impressive conversationalists. Keeping in mind the same ideas, teachers of class 2nd  conducted a General knowledge quiz.Students  of every section were divided into different groups.Every team listened the questions and answered enthusiastically. In the end,  general knowledge of facts helps  students to participate in discussions and debate with confidence.  

हमारी राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी भारत के स्वाभिमान का प्रतीक हैं। हिंदी भाषा की लिपि देवनागरी पूर्णतया वैज्ञानिक लिपि है। हिंदी भाषा की समृद्धता में चार चाँद लगाने के लिए हम प्रतिवर्ष 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाते हैं। 14 सितंबर 1949 को हमारी हिंदी भाषा को राजभाषा का दर्जा दिया गया था। हम अपनी मातृभाषा, राजभाषा और राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी की उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति के लिए आर पी एस विद्यालय के प्रांगण में 14 सितंबर को एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें विद्यार्थियों ने खूब उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया। बच्चों ने हिंदी साहित्य के महान कवियों व कवयित्रियों के जीवन पर प्रकाश डाला तथा उनकी प्रसिद्ध कविताएँ सुनाई। विद्याथियों ने हिंदी भाषा पर आधारित लघु नाटिकाएँ, भाषण तथा कविताएँ प्रस्तुत की। विद्याथियों ने महान कवियों एवें कवयित्रियों की वेशभूषा में अभिनय किया। इसकी कुछ झलकियाँ इस प्रकार हैं-
