 The colour Green symbolizes    nature,life, growth,peace and spirituality. In order to introduce our young minds to the world of colours and to enlighten them about their significance,we celebrated  Green Colour Day with a lot of enthusiasm. The students of Kindergarten and teachers were beautifully dressed up in nature 's colour green.The students were taught the identification and recognition of green fruits, vegetables leaves and trees etc. Many fun filled activities and games pertaining to green colour were also organised for the students.The students actively participated in drawing and craft activities. The shades of green filled the air with freshness,thrill, ecstasy and bliss. It also prompted them to think how green colour energizes and revitalizes our lives. It was indeed an invigorating, reviving and rejuvenating experience.

 Fruits and vegetable must be an important part of our daily diet. They are naturally good and contain vitamins and minerals that keep us healthy. They can also enhance our immunity and protect us against diseases. We organised   Fruits and Vegetable Market for the students of Kindergarten. The objective of this activity was to teach the children the importance of fruits and vegetable in their diet and to motivate them to eat a variety of vegetables and seasonal fruits. A small market was setup to explain how they are being sold in the market. The inquisitive children expanded their knowledge on the variety of fruits and vegetables while learning the tricks of trade. Children had a fun filled experience of selling and buying vegetables and fruits. They were excited using the weighing scale.  Rakhi is a bond of love, a bond of togetherness that binds our lives and our hearts. We celebrated the vibrant festival of ' Raksha Bandhan ' with great enthusiasm and joy at RPS Sr. Sec. School MAHENDERGARH. It is a special occasion to celebrate this emotional bonding. The girl students tied rakhi to the boy students. The students dressed up in traditional attire and classes were decorated beautifully. The main objective behind celebrating Raksha Bandhan was making the students aware about the bond of love between a brother and  a sister which is one of the deepest, purest and noblest of all the human emotions. The facilitators narrated  stories related to the festival which kids enjoyed thoroughly. By celebrating festivals like Raksha Bandhan,our school continues to provide holistic education that goes beyond textbooks and classrooms, nurturing cultural awareness and values in the hearts of its    young minds.

 Raksha Bandhan is a special occasion to celebrate the bond of love between a brother and a sister, which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions. Rakhi Making Competition was organised for the students of classes III to V at RPS Sr. Sec. School MAHENDERGARH.The tiny tots displayed their talents and made various colourful Rakhis that exhibited their originality and creative little minds. The primary materials which were used included silk threads ,  beads, coloured  paper and mauli etc. The main purpose of arranging such a kind  of competition was to explore their creative minds and bring out the hidden potential of the students that lies within.            Artisanship of the students was quite fascinating and tiny tots  thoroughly enjoyed the event that tickled their creative side.  Sports and games are an integral part of our life and have become a way of life for a healthy and fit India. Sports play a pivotal role in the makeup of a young athlete. Sports and games offer children a change from the monotony of daily life. Sports can develop multiple qualities like a sense of togetherness, leadership skills, stamina, planning, patriotism and teamwork. National Sports Day is celebrated on the 29th of August every year. It marks the birth anniversary of Hockey Legend, Major Dhyan Chand, who is regarded as the greatest Hockey player of all times.
